Why, and at what age did you get into kiting?
I got into kiting when I was 9 years old.
What about kiting do you enjoy most?
I love the feeling of flying when making a jump and all the different tricks you can do when kitesurfing. And when I land a difficult or new trick I am super stoked!
Describe the absolute perfect dream session to us.
My ultimate dream session would be riding with Kevin Langeree in Kapetown in 35 knots of wind, doing a boogie loop.
What gear are you riding and whatā€™s your favorite size?
I am riding the Super Model V4 on a Kev Pro 133. I really love the new 8m because it is super fast and has a lot of power! Soon the 128 board is coming, cannot wait to ride that board as it would suit me better for my weight.
What do you do on a day without wind?
Usually, when there is no wind, I check my gear together with my dad to be sure it is ready for the next session. Besides that, I like to play football or do some gaming like Fortnite.
What can people expect to see from you in the future?
In the future, I will show my own style in the competition and look forward to winning some prizes. But most of all having lots of fun on the water and sharing the stoke of kitesurfing!
