PAYMENT, WARRANTY & SHIPPING POLICY

Payment

Payments will be carried out through our partner Worldline. When conducting payments with a creditcard, the amount will be directly charged to the account.

Warranty

All products purchased on our website are eligible for legal warranty, depending on the type of product and location of the consumer this is generally accepted to last 2 years although deviations can occur.

Shipping

When placing your order in our webshop, we ship your order within 1-2 business days. During check-out, after completing your shipping address, you will be shown the exact shipping time as well as any shipping price. For kites and wings we have free worldwide shipping.

We ship to all countries, unless there is a trade restriction or the country is not serviced by FedEx. Any shipping delays are the responsibility of the courier and are outside the control of Reedin International.

If orders are placed from countries outside of the EU, import duties and taxes might be due upon the goods entering the country. Any import duties are the responsibility of the customer. If the goods are sent back to Reedin because the import duties are not paid or customs can’t get in touch with the customer, any additional shipping costs are for the expense of te customer.

In case a parcel arrives with visible outside damage, it should not be accepted and reported immediately to the courier. If a defect becomes known after receipt, please report it immediately to shop@reedin.com.
